Accomplishments During the Tenure of Prof Akin Akindoyeni OFR mni (2015 –2019)

During the tenure of Prof. Akin Akindoyeni, QS Academy embarked on a defining path of growth and transformation. Under his visionary leadership, foundational institutional frameworks were established, setting the stage for enhanced performance, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

One of the most significant milestones achieved during this period was the acquisition of a dedicated property located at No. 21, 4th Avenue, Gwarimpa, Abuja. This facility was secured to serve as the official home of QS Academy and the NIQS Library, symbolizing a firm commitment to professional education and resource development. With critical support from the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), the building was fully renovated and equipped, creating a functional and conducive learning environment for staff, trainees, and researchers. The facilities were utilized during the early years, up until our recent shift toward intensive digital transformation and increased reliance on technology.
